Where are the Lyft promo codes for existing users? Anybody?

Don't do this just because there's no promo code for existing users

If you've already tried Lyft by using a Lyft promo code and you're looking for more free credits,
you're likely hunting around the internet for a promo code that works for existing users.

Sorry to break the bad news to you, but there is no such thing as a promo code for existing users. Not one. Nobody has one. Not one single soul. Not even Lyft. One free sample and you're done.

But you're hooked, right? That was Lyft's sinister plan all along. Get you hooked with a tiny little free sample then throw you out onto the streets and force you to pay full price. Full price isn't too bad though, and might be one reason why you're hooked.

The good news is that there are ways to get free credit if you're an existing user.

Free Lyft credit for existing users:

1. Have a friend in your group who has never used Lyft input a working Lyft promo code, like 'DOUG1682.' (I'm a driver and DOUG1682 is my always-valid promo code.)

2. Use the "Invite Friends" feature to invite friends to the app. If they download the app from your invitation and request a ride, you get a free ride up to $25. Pretty sweet.

Those are your two best ways to get a free ride with Lyft. Lyft hasn't made a peep about promo codes for existing users, so don't hold your breath.
